Model SMART II Moisture Measurement & Control System with NIR Sensor

Description:

SMART II Moisture & Control System uses the principle of comparing reflected energy at two near infrared wavelengths to determine moisture on a continuous basis. A stabilized infrared source is focused on the material to be measured and reflected energy is filtered at two different wavelengths, one specific for moisture and the other a reference wavelength. The two signals are electronically ratioed and the moisture content is presented on the digital display. The non-contact NIR technique measures near surface moisture in a wide range of applications.

SMART II Single Channel Communicator Software (Windows 95-XP): Provides large moisture display, calibration management and a one hour graph for moisture trends. Requires a hard wired RS-232 connection to the SMART II System.

S2COMM-1

SMART II Multiple Channel Communicator Software (Windows 95-XP): Same as the Single Channel Communicator with the ability to display more than one moisture data at the same time.

S2COMM-N

Virtual SMART II Communicator Software and Adaptor: Including the S2COMM-1, this add-on hardware converts the RS-232 output from the SMART II to an Ethernet compatible signal that can be displayed remotely on your PC.
